Which countries do we ship to?
We are only shipping to U.K addresses at this time. If you would like us to ship to another country, please inquire prior to placing an order. All shipping charges are calculated for U.K addresses only. We ship using 1st class Royal mail which takes 1 to 3 days from the time we ship. We normally ship within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept any returns once the package is opened. If you received the wrong order send us an email immediately and do not open the product. Once you open the product, we can not accept it for return or refund. Our products are very personal items and we are sure you understand why we can not accept returns.
Is Glycerin soap hypoallergenic?
Yes and No. Yes: because Glycerin soap is less likely to cause allergies in most people. No: because some Glycerin soap contain additives, such as fragrance, which can cause irritation in some people. Because additives differ from soap to soap, some people might be allergic to one soap but not the other. We make a No essence, No Color soap with Honey that is amazing and because it has no additives, other than pure honey it is a pretty safe bet for people who are allergic to some fragrances. We recommend testing the soap on a small part of your arm and see if it causes any irritation before using it all over.
How can I make my soap last longer?
Keep it in a well-drained soap dish. Our soaps last about 3 weeks.
